We had a magical New Years Eve, or as we say in Barbados 'Old Years Night'. We left our berth at Port St. Charles Marina at 9.00pm and cruised slowly along the West Coast until reaching Sandy Lane. From this vantage point, we were able to enjoy not just the spectacular firework display from this hotel, but also from all of the others within this Platinum Coast vicinity. What with this and a private charter of families spanning three generations, some delicious food and of course, a few bubbles we couldn’t have wished for a better start to the year and hope wholeheartedly that it continues in this vein for all of us.
