We are so fortunate here in the Caribbean to have an abundance of wonderful sea life. There is also nothing more magical than swimming or snorkelling, surrounded by stunning schools of vibrantly coloured tropical fish that just weave in and out, oblivious to your presence. Snorkelling our wrecks is a truly wonderful experience and if you are very lucky, you may see 'George' our infamous and very large barracuda. 'George' resides at the sunken SS Stavronikita, a 365 foot long freighter which is located just off the St. James coast, he's a grumpy, battered looking fellow but a bit of a local legend and superstar.
For the less adventurous, you don't need to miss out, we often see large schools of fish when we moor for lunch, the water is so crystal clear that you can watch them happily from the comfort of the deck with an icy cold beer in hand, camera at the ready. x
